The Port Douglas Grand Fondo will be held for the first time ever this September, attracting cyclists from across Australia and around the world. The three-day festival will include a Grand Fondo, Criterium, Sprint and Family Ride in one of the most loved places in Australia – Port Douglas.
The opportunity to ride along Great Barrier Reef Drive, one of the most spectacular coastal roads in Australia, completely free of traffic will be the big drawcard. But that is really just the perfect excuse to visit Port Douglas as there is so much to see and do in the region.
