We hope that you love your PREMAX purchase. However, If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return the product to us. Shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

To arrange a return please email info@premax.co and include your order number and details of the items you would like to return

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened and in a condition fit for resale. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods. 

If your goods arrive damaged or are in any way unfit for use please email us at info@premax.co so we can arrange replacement or refund.
